How Delivery Works for Sellers
Find buyers worldwide and deliver goods through shipping service branches to sell quickly and without risk.
Step 1
As soon as the buyer selects and pays for your product, you will receive a payment notification and an electronic invoice number (this number will be required when sending the product to the recipient's city).
Step 2
Calculate the shipping cost using the calculator on your carrier's website.
Step 3
Bring the product to the branch of the carrier that accepts individual shipments. Be sure to have your passport with you.
How to find the right branch?
Visit your carrier's website and find the map or branch section. The map will show branches where shipments can be made.
Step 4
Hand over the packaged parcel to the branch operator and provide the electronic invoice number. You can use your own packaging or purchase branded packaging from your carrier for a certain fee or free of charge.
Step 5
Track the shipment via the mobile app or personal account. Once the parcel is delivered to the recipient, you will receive an SMS notification or a message via a messenger.
How Delivery Works for Buyers
- Select a product on the "Товары и Объявления в Европе" platform.
- Place an order and select a pickup point.
- Pay for the order. The payment amount will be held during the transaction.

How to Receive a Parcel at a Branch
- To collect your order, bring your passport.
- You have up to 15 minutes to inspect the order at the carrier’s branch.
- Carefully examine the product and its packaging. If you notice damage or are unsatisfied with the product, you can decline the order.
- If you decide not to accept the product, approach a service staff member who will help you fill out a refusal act.
- Remember that Boxberry staff at pickup points do not test the product, plug it into the electrical network, or provide consultations on its technical properties or operation principles.
