Public Offer for Using the e-board.pl Classifieds Platform

This document is a public offer and establishes the terms and conditions for providing services via the e-board.pl classifieds platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). Before using the Site, please carefully read the provisions of this offer. Registration and/or use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. Site Administration – owners and operators of the Site, providing the technical and informational platform for posting ads.

1.2. User – an individual or legal entity accepting the terms of this offer and using the services of the Site.

1.3. Advertisement – information posted by the User on the Site regarding offers of goods, services, or information.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. The Site Administration provides the User with the opportunity to post and view advertisements on the Site in accordance with the terms outlined in this offer.

2.2. The services of the Site are provided on both free and paid bases, depending on the type of advertisements and additional services selected by the User.

3. Terms of Use

3.1. To access all the functionalities of the Site, the User must complete a registration process and provide accurate information.

3.2. The User agrees to post advertisements that comply with the laws of the Republic of Poland and do not infringe on the rights of third parties.

3.3. The User is responsible for the content of their advertisements and guarantees that the posted information is accurate and lawful.

3.4. The Site Administration reserves the right to moderate advertisements and remove those that violate the Site's rules or applicable laws.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. User Rights:

• Post advertisements in accordance with the Site's rules.
• Delete or edit their advertisements.
• Request consultations from the Site Administration regarding the use of the service.

4.2. Site Administration Rights:

• Refuse to post advertisements that violate the Site's rules.
• Amend the rules and conditions of service, notifying Users by publishing a new version of the offer on the Site.
• Delete or block advertisements that violate the rules or applicable laws.

4.3. User Obligations:

• Avoid posting false information, fraudulent ads, or goods and services prohibited by law.
• Respect copyrights and the rights of third parties when posting information.
• Pay for paid advertisement services in accordance with the rates specified on the Site.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Site Administration is not responsible for the content of advertisements or for any damages incurred as a result of using the Site.

5.2. The User is fully responsible for any actions related to posting advertisements and complying with legal norms.

6. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement

6.1. This offer constitutes an official proposal from the Site Administration to enter into an agreement under the specified terms.

6.2. The agreement is considered concluded upon the User’s registration on the Site or upon the first posting of an advertisement.

7. Amendments to the Offer Terms

7.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to amend the terms of this offer. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Site.

8. Term and Termination of the Agreement

8.1. This agreement is valid indefinitely from the moment the User accepts the offer.

8.2. The User may terminate their use of the Site and delete their account at any time.

8.3. The Site Administration has the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally if the User violates the terms of this offer.

9. Other Conditions

9.1. In all matters not covered by this offer, the parties shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.

9.2. In case of disputes, the parties agree to resolve them through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Poland.
